Requirements

Marketing and Communications Executive

  • Jamiyah Singapore Headquarters
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify & define target audiences; evaluate trends; brand awareness and competitive analysis
  • Conceive and develop intuitive ideas and strategies for both traditional and digital marketing
  • Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics; improve, tweak for efficacy and submit reports of performance to Head of Marcom
  • Write diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
  • Work closely with the rest of the Marcom team including Creative Design and Studio in ensuring coordinated efforts for the campaigns
  • Coordinate with various divisions in Jamiyah as well as external parties to plan and execute marketing programs and campaigns within tight budget and deadlines
  • Assist in other related duties as directed by Head of Marcom or Senior Management
  • University Degree Qualification, in marketing and/or communications areas preferred
  • At least one year proven experience in marketing (both traditional and digital) and branding
  • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
  • Understanding of marketing trends and able to strategize effectively
  • Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends) as well as social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to juggle a few projects at one time

Public Relations Officer

Staff Nurse/Enrolled Nurse

  • Make professional judgments and decisions based on observation and knowledge in rendering nursing care to the residents
  • Documents changes/updates based on observation
  • Ensure safe custody and proper record of controlled drugs and equipment every shift
  • Ensure that medications are administered safely according to ‘5 Rights of Medication Administration and updates IMR whenever necessary

Therapy Aide

  • Consult with family members and other supports to ensure that care is on-going and that all client needs are identified and met
  • Diploma holders preferably in Social Work
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Healthcare institution or Community Service

Deputy Head

  • Direct the development of service standards, performance indicators and operating guidelines
  • Manage and conduct programme evaluation and continuous quality improvement in the halfway house service
  • Organise activities that relate to orientation, training and continuing education for new staff and volunteers
  • Coordinate professional meetings, seminars, case conference and in-house training for staff and volunteers on a regular basis
  • Degree in Social Work or Psychology, Accredited Social Worker or Social Service Practitioner
  • At least 5 years of working experience in related field (at least 2 years in a supervisory position)
  • Basic counselling skills with ability and experience in counselling ex-offenders would be an advantage
